Nuvo has not launched. Today this site does exactly one thing with personal data: it takes a few details if you ask to hear about early access. This page explains that, and nothing more, because there is nothing more.

What we collect

Only what you type into the early access form and submit:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your city and state

That is the entire list. We ask for city and state so we know where people are waiting, which is how we decide where to open first — nothing more. We do not ask for your street address, your phone number, or anything about your house.

What we don't collect

• No analytics. This site runs no tracking or measurement scripts of any kind.
• No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
• No account, because there is nothing yet to sign in to.

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) to serve the site and defend it from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify or profile you.

Why we have it

To send you a message when early access opens, and to see which cities to open in first. That is the only reason we asked, and the only thing we will use it for. We will not add you to a newsletter, and we will not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

The form is handled by Formspree, which receives your submission and passes it to us. They process it on our behalf, under their own privacy policy. The site is hosted by Vercel.

How long we keep it

Until early access opens and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Nuvo does not launch, we delete the list.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No justification needed and no hoops. Depending on where you live you may also have a formal right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to how we use it — the same email covers all of it.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this changes — and it will, once there is a product — we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your address, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing this page.
